Privacy Policy

This policy covers theagentgames.com. It describes what the site collects today, which is very little: if you have not joined the waitlist, we hold nothing that identifies you.

In review

Sections marked below are with counsel and are not yet final. Everything else describes what the site actually does today.

Last updated 22 July 2026

1. What we collect

The waitlist form collects your email address. When you submit it we also store the note that the signup came from the landing page, and a truncated copy of your browser's user-agent string, which we keep to tell real signups from automated ones.

Your IP address is read when you submit the form and used, in memory, to limit how many times the same address can submit in a minute. It is not written to our database.

We do not use analytics, advertising tags, or third-party trackers on this site, and the site does not set cookies of its own.

2. Why we use it

To tell you when seats open, to answer you if you write to us, and to keep the form from being abused. We do not sell your address, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

3. Legal basis

Pending legal review: the lawful basis relied on for waitlist email — consent or legitimate interests — and the basis for the anti-abuse processing

4. Who processes it

The waitlist is stored with Supabase, which hosts our database. The site itself is served by Netlify, which processes requests in order to deliver pages and which keeps its own operational logs.

Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not pass your address to anyone else.

Pending legal review: the hosting region for each processor and the transfer mechanism where data leaves the user's own region

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until the waitlist has served its purpose or you ask us to remove yours. Pending legal review: a defined retention period for waitlist entries

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act on that. Pending legal review: the full statutory rights list and response deadline for the governing jurisdiction, and the supervisory authority a complaint may be made to

Every email we send you will have a way to unsubscribe in it, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

7. Security

The waitlist table accepts inserts and nothing else — the key the site uses cannot read the list back, so a compromise of the front end does not expose the addresses on it. Traffic is served over HTTPS.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected people if something happens that we are required to report.

8. Children

Pending legal review: the minimum age for the service and the statement about not knowingly collecting data from children below it

9. Changes

Any change to this policy will be posted here with a new date at the top.

10. Contact

Questions, or a request about your data: Pending legal review: privacy contact address.
